The Knights Volleyball team traveled down I-16 to take on the Savannah State Tigers as the Knights looked to continue the momentum that they built from their win against Brewton-Parker. The Knights were able to pull off the victory with a score of 3-2 (21-25, 25-20, 24-26, 25-22, 17-15) as the win pushes their record to 4-12 (1-9 SSAC). The Knights had four players with 10 or more kills, led by Beau Wilkins with 14, Cara MacFarland with 12, Jamie Hay with 11, and Alli Grendow with 10. MacFarland led the team with 25 assists and Baylea Richards added 18 assists of her own. Indira Canez led the team with 18 digs and MacFarland, Richards, and Grendow each had 7. Leah Spears led the team with 8 blocks and Hay added 6 blocks. The Knights are back in action this week as they face the Tigers again, this time at home on Halloween night. The match starts at 6 PM.
