Cochran, GA – The Knights this week would have two conferences games against The Bethel University Wildcats and The Martin Methodist College Redhawks. Their first game would be Thursday night against the Wildcats who were looking to go on a three game winning. The Knights were looking to turn the corner and not to be on a losing streak.

The Knights and the Wildcats would see outstanding days from the field shooting over 50% from the field. The Knights would head into halftime with the lead but just like the past couple of games the second half was not theirs. The Wildcats would battler back to take the victory 84-83 and the Knights would be heading into Saturday looking to break the losing streak.

The Knights would show up to play the Redhawks on Saturday afternoon looking to shake off the comeback losses they had to suffer in the past games. The Redhawks would control the first part of the first half until the Knights tied it up 10-10. The Knights would maintain the lead going into halftime with the score at 32-31.

The second half would be very similar with both teams battling for the victory and a total of 4 lead changes. The Redhawks would go 0-7 from three-point range but they were able to battler back and tie the game 66-66 and force it to overtime. The Knights would be in a defecit in overtime until Roshuan Milline would tie the game but it would not be enough. The Knights would fall to the Redhawks 76-72.

Kieston Standfield (SR/Birmingham, AL) would finish the game with a double-double with 22 points and 16 rebounds and Roshaun Milline (JR/Milledgeville, GA) would finsish with 15.
